This custom-built 1997 Newell 45 is coach-build #447 and was constructed specifically for the original owner. The current seller has owned the coach for 17 years and is only the second owner since new.

The Newell 45 is powered by the 6.7L Detroit Series 60 @ 500 hp paired to the Allison 6-speed automatic transmission.

Newell coaches to this day are hand-crafted to customer specifications. This '97 Newell 45 featured a roadside sofa and dinette and curbside kitchen. The kitchen is all-electric with an induction, two-burner cooktop, round bowl sink and side-by-side residential refrigerator/freezer with in-door water and ice. All coach cabinetry is custom-fitted and features high-pressure laminate finishes and Blum concealed hinges and drawer slides.

The center split bath has a separate commode closet roadside with a newer electric macerator porcelain toilet while there's a large curbside full-glass circular shower stall. Next to the shower sits a nice sized bathroom sink and an extra large medicine cabinet.

The master bedroom houses a custom round queen bed with electric lift for under bed storage access. There are a multitude of storage closets and drawers matching the custom hard laminate finish throughout the coach.

The 20kW turbo-charged Kohler diesel generator and six 240Ah lithium ion house batteries ensure you've got plenty of electrical power no matter where you're parked.
