2002 Winnebago Sightseer 27C with Workhorse GM 8.1 liter engine with only 66,000 miles. Driveable & coach functional now. Been garaged.
Had storm damage at a lake. Insurance valued at $17,000 before damages. Good price as is of $10,750 due to damages.
All systems working are Onan 4k generator, 1 slideout, coach roof air, coach propane heater, propane & electric refrigerator, 3 burner range & oven, propane hot water heater, fresh water tank/pump, gray & black water tanks, rear backup monitor. Has tow hitch & ball. Good tread on 6 year old tires.
Damages are levelers motor works, but fluid leak. Are tied up under motorhome. Awning blown off & caused hole in roof which has been patched. Bathroom plastic vent cover blown off. Temporary plastic taped over opening. Back bumper fiberglass cover gone.
Needs vinyl flooring tiles redone. Have tiles.
