This Fleetwood Southwind 32V was mechanic owned, so you can be confident that it needs nothing. It has a clean CARFAX showing three owners in Arizona (that means no rust or corrosion…be cautious of RV’s that once lived in the rust belt!). The tires were replaced one year ago. All maintenance is up to date.

And, of course, being a Fleetwood, it is a very high quality RV. It is powered by a Workhorse 8.1 liter V-8 bolted to an Allison transmission, which is an excellent powertrain combination.

It is remarkably spacious owing in part to the pair of slide outs, and also to a very well thought out interior design. It feels, somehow, bigger inside than outside.

And, it comes with a battery-charging solar setup!

As for the condition, I can honestly say that we’ve never had a motorhome this age that was nicer, inside and out. We’ve seen newer RV’s that were not as nice as this one. It’s not “new”, but it is VERY nice! There is no evidence of ever being lived in. It’s been used, but very gently.

There are a few outstanding features like a four door refrigerator that is huge inside, and an actual oven in addition to the stove and microwave. Even the bathroom is roomier than many other class A motorhomes.

And, of course, Fleetwood is a very well respected brand name.
