2005 Holiday Rambler Atlantis Model 31PBS – Interior Modifications

Interior of RV- Newly remodeled. All ceiling vent garnishes (plastic surrounds) have been replaced and new vent seals and screens installed. Bathroom fan was replaced.

Cab - New seat covers, new carpet and also new WeatherTech floor mats. Auto Vent Shade (AVS) in-channel vent visors on both doors. AVS Bug Shield on hood.

Over Cab entertainment center has a 32” flat screen TV with sound bar, three large cabinets for storage. DVD player and DISH Wally convey with sale. DISH Playmaker Satellite, with case, 75 ohm cable and stand, also convey.

Interior

New vinyl plank flooring throughout. New carpet/pad in slide out.

Slide is 12’ long and 21” deep with large windows.

All new blinds/shades with dark out pull downs in bedroom.

4 skylights, 1 with 3 speed fan in kitchen. All have dark out inserts.

Living room has upgraded double leather recliner with seat belts. Living room also has a built-in adjustable desk with drawer and shelves and 110v and 12v outlet. Built in magazine rack.

Dining room has built in table with two folding wood/leather chairs. Each side of table has built in deep book case with 4 large storage cubes in each built in with room on top for items.

Kitchen - Large counter space with flip up extension. Double stainless sink with covers and new high boy faucet. Sink has flip out scrubber holder. Sink also has new water filter with drinking water faucet. 3-burner gas stove and oven, plus convection microwave, all refurbished with new parts.

Lots of storage cabinets over and below counter with pan drawer under stove. Also has 4 drawers for utensils. Items in cabinets and drawers convey. Kitchen has built in spice rack. It also has cutting board that fits on stove top for traveling. Brand new Propane Gas Detector.

Refrigerator – Norcold Model N843IMR, 8 cu. ft. 2-way with Ice Maker. Titan 12v Double Rack ventilation cooling fan installed on outside air intake grille. Norcold 3-fan with lights installed inside on fridge cooling fins. Norcold adjustable thermistor installed in fridge. Bedroom- Has two twin beds 75” long x 30” wide with new memory foam mattresses, comes with two new sets of sheets and designer bed spreads. Built in night stands with storage, built in book rack, LED lamps with 2 USB ports, 2 outlets and cell phone holders. One bed has large storage underneath with hold open struts. The other bed lifts up to access the fresh water 30 gal. bladder. Bedroom has two clothes closets and an overhead cabinet. Between the beds is a built in bench and a storage cabinet with cubes for storage and a 32” flat screen TV on top. New First Alert Carbon Monoxide Detector installed. Solar panel controller mounted on side of closet.
