This coach left the factory with over $40,000 of upgrades which include the powerful Caterpillar 350 HP C7 diesel engine, Allison 3000 6 speed transmission, full body paint, Onan 7.5 KW diesel generator, 2 KW inverter, Satellite dish, and Queen size Sleep Number bed.  Unlike most class A coaches that have roof mounted AC units that add height and are easily struck by tree branches, the Journey has a “residential” type AC unit in its basement which reliably provides ducted air throughout the interior and reduces the amount of equipment on the roof.

The current owner purchased the motorhome in early 2018 and has added several features that include the TS Performance MP8 engine tuner for improved performance AND fuel economy, the Aero Exhaust AT5050XL performance muffler, a generator cooling system upgrade, an auxiliary turbo boost sensor with dash gauge, and pyrometer exhaust sensor with dash gauge.

The Cat C7 engine has a strong reputation for reliability with the exception of some problems relating to its very high pressure HUEI fuel pump.  This potential problem has been addressed by installing a special filter kit that prevents problems with the HUEI pump and fuel injectors.

With a brand new roof, brand new tires, and recent oil change, this motorhome is ready to take a new owner on many new adventures.
