2006 Alfa Gold 1002

We are the second owner of our 2006 Alfa See Ya! Gold model. The original owner bought it new in 2006 and we purchaseced it from him in June of 2025. He kept it in enclosed storage for the 5 years prior to us purchasing it. Seller immdeiate disclosed  to us that due to a suspect improper oil and filter change by a service center on the road the engine failed a couple of months after the suspect oil change occured (2021). He had a used crated engine installed at his local diesel shop and all works well. The engine cost $25K which seems about right. When we had it serviced in November 2025 all looked and runs as it should.

Our initial intentions were to go fulltime this spring, but our residential housing situation has changed as well as some health and family commitments. NOTE: This is a 95% or more POX free motorhome!

Last fall, we had new slide seals installed on all three slides, two new front hydraulic leveling jacks installed, new LED headlights, new outside step motor and gear box, new generator belt installed on the 7.5 Generac generaton and it works fine. The water heater was back flushed and new drain plug installed.

Interior: The interior has been redone and all the heavy valences has been removed, blackout drapes and shades installed. Cabinets painted, all interior decor updated.

Alfa Gold Features: Adjustable pedals, adjustable steering wheel, cruise control, Cummins engine, 6 speed Allisson Transmission and enging brake. Installed new toilet seal and mechanical flush pump and all works well, automatic step well cover, one automatic storage bay tray and passthrough storage bins. It also has a remote automatic lock key fob.

Engine and Mechanical: In November of 2025 we had the oil, oil filter and fuel filters and lube job all performen at a recognized fleet maintenance company. All other fluids were checked and topped off if needed. Also had new valve stems on the front tires and had the balanced as well. We have driven the it on 3 or 4 trips during the remodel and there haven't been any mechanical issues. Engine temp, oil pressure, air bag air, generator, heat & AC, charger and inverter all work well. Us ually run it at 65 to 70 and all gages remain consistent.

Some weathered decals have been reomoved and those areas compounded and waxed. The passenger side and rear have been waxed recently. 

For those of you who know Alfa's they are known for having 7.5 feet ceilings, multiple large windows and deep slides. This is our second Alfa and we searched specifically for a Alfa after looking a numerous "low ceiling" Class A mothorhomes.
