- Boondock-Ready: Equipped with a 3200W Cummins Onan diesel generator (runs off the main fuel tank, auto-shuts off at 1/4 tank, ~0.5 gal/hour), 102-lb propane tank, and heated holding tanks of a 29-gallon fresh water tank, 33-gallon grey water tank and 33-gallon black water tank with SanT Flush for off-grid adventures.

- Comfortable Living Space: Sleeps 4 with a cozy double bed (with under-bed storage) and a convertible sofa bed (the 49” x 74” cabover can be used for additional sleeping or storage as well). The kitchen features a solid surface countertop, 6 cu ft stainless steel Dometic fridge (gas/electric), 3-burner gas stove, stainless steel sink with sprayer and a convection-microwave (note: microwave currently non-functional). The dinette (40” x 73”) is sturdy and perfect for meals, socializing or working on the laptop.

- Climate Control: 28,500 BTU ducted A/C, 25,000 BTU ducted gas furnace, 6-gallon DSI electric/propane water heater and two Fantastic Fans to keep you comfortable year-round.

- Bathroom: Features a shower, porcelain Dometic toilet (with an added stop valve for easy water control) and a sink with vanity cabinet.

- Outside:

• Propane tank, DEF system, and tank heater in great condition.
• Awning, 6 Zeetek tires (2023-10k miles), and windshield wipers all have had minimal usage.
• New house steps installed June 2025.
• Roof is in great shape with zero leaks.

- Inside:

• Cabin and house heat/AC, fridge/freezer (gas/electric), water heater, water pump, kitchen faucet, stove burners, thermostat, shower, dinette, and all interior lights are in great working condition.
• New house batteries (two 6-volt Interstate) installed June 2025.
• New cab battery installed October 2023.
• Stop valve installed for toilet ease.
