Third time was the charm to get a Class A RV with a smooth bus like ride, a pleasure to drive, lots of horsepower to eat up mountain passes and tow a vehicle with ease. With all the comforts of home, it makes for wonderful travel and vacation experiences, plus many surprising features: New tires (1800 miles), slide toppers, LED's, better Queen mattress

This is the perfect time to acquire a great RV to bust out of a tough Winter and go on a Spring Adventure of your choice, while also acquiring a "Tiny Guest Home" when not on America's scenic highways.
Still reluctant to sell our beloved "Roadie", so I've invested over $7,000 in upgrading several components such as the entire electrical system with state of the art all new batteries and the entire converter/Inverter system that make this amazing house on wheels humm. (You can see from the attached bills from TRANSWEST Truck and RV the four "house" batteries and two large "chassis" batteries plus inverter/converter are not cheap. Also had a new awning installed and a stem to stern check -up and serving of the entire unit.

Why on Earth would I do that? Because when you have a fully equipped RV you also have what is now all the rave--a superb "Tiny Home", possibly for a Grandma or Mother-in-law visit. Or maybe a temporary nest for a deserving grandchild looking for a job.

We found it easy to add a 50 amp RV plug in to our house power system for independent living. And there is also the future possibility of using it as a second home on a lake or mountain retreat.That makes for great twofer utilization and all for the price of a tricked out luxury car or truck.

You see, if our medical challenges improved, we intended to pull it off the market. But, it's just not happening and our loss is your gain--we can live with that if Roadie finds a new and appreciative owner.
