31 ft JayCo Greyhawk Class C motorhome on Ford F450 frame with V-10 gas engine. Purchased in 2016 with just over 5000 miles. The on-demand water heater was replaced with an upgraded Girrard on-demand water heater in 2019. The air conditioner with heat pump was replaced in 2018. The door latch was replaced with a touch code door latch in 2018. It is set up to tow a vehicle, and the towbar and related
equipment come with the RV including auxiliary break for towed vehicle. A rearview camera and monitor were added to view towed vehicle while traveling. The onboard auxiliary generator does not work; we never used it, but we did try to start and run it every month until 2022. The catalytic converter was stolen and replaced in 2022; a CatClamp device was installed to prevent future theft. The front cab seating area was modified and the uncomfortable couch was replaced; portable table and chairs included. Seating for 4 with seat belts included in seating area. The sleeping area in the front was enlarged. The front seats were reupholstered in 2024. Custom window covers and shades installed. Sewer hook ups, water hook up with filter, and electrical hook up equipment are with the RV.
