Looking to buy a 2014 Phoenix Cruiser Class B+ RV?

This motorhome (MH) is a sensible way to join the recreational vehicle (RV) world. It is carried on a reliable, proven Ford E450 chassis powered by a proven V10 engine which you can get serviced anywhere in the USA.

The house portion was built by Phoenix USA a quality conscious Elkhart, IN manufacturer noted for their quality builds. The house comes with all the nomal facilities, I.e. refrigerator, cook top, convection microwave, water heater, furnace, air conditioner, CO2, LP and smoke alarms, a macerator for waste water disposal, and heated waste tanks. The options included are a powered full length powered awning, a 4KW Onan generator, and an entertainment system consisting of two TVs with DVD and surround sound components. The slide out has a retractable cover. There is a Level Mate Pro system to aid in leveling the MH.

The MH will sleep four people with two on the twin beds and two on the electrical reclining sofa. The driver and co-pilot seats have been recovered in a good vinyl and the sofa has been recovered in an attractive fabric.

The MH had new tires installed in Oct. 2024. It had a FlexArmor, Lifetime No Leak Guarantee, roof system installed in June 2023 (tranferable) to assure weather tightness.

On the negative side, some of the vinyl decals show some aging, and the gray water drain valve is manual. There is no inverter.

The MH is a travel master. It is set up to tow up to 3500 lbs. and a 2010 Honda Fit Sport is available for an additional $8000.00.

Why am I selling it? After some 57 years of active RV travel in tents, pop-ups, trailers and motorhome, I now prefer escorted tours.
