This 2015 Diesel RV is ready to show you the great times you have waited so long to enjoy!  This 39 ft coach has been taken care of—garaged the first half of its life!  Vacations, snowbirding, tailgating, NASCAR races are awaiting your family. 

This is a Freightliner XCS series chassis equipped w/ an upgraded from 340 to 360 Hp Cummins ISB 6.7L engine and an Allison 2500 MH transmission.  5000 lb hitch weight tows like a dream.  GVWR is 28,000.  You will ride down the road on 22.5 tires/aluminum wheels.  Fuel tank holds 90 gallons.

Your view is through a one-piece panoramic windshield.  Aluminum frame walls, floor, and ceiling surround the body.  Tuff coat solid fiberglass siding w full body paint protects your coach.  It also has a one-piece TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roof, a popular, lightweight, and durable single-ply RV roofing membrane known for being UV-resistant, flexible, and resistant to mold and algae. Roof is white, which reflects heat, and is less prone to streaking than older rubber roofs (EPDM). TPO typically lasts 15–25 years, requiring regular cleaning and inspection of sealants.  This roof has been treated.

The driver’s cockpit is nicely appointed and includes an AM/FM/CD/DVD stereo.  RV mirrors are remotely heated w/ cameras.  Cab air conditioning keeps you comfortable.  Steering wheel is tilt w/ cruise control.  There is a rear back up video/audio camera.  4-point hydraulic jacks level your camping experience.  The windshield has intermittent windshield wipers and dual power screen and blackout shade. 

The driver and passenger seats are both power w/ footrests and 3-point seat belts—easily turned to offer recliner seating in your living area while you enjoy visiting or watching TV on your 40 inch Sony LED TV.  The whole coach is equipped w/ a Home Theater entertainment center w/ surround sound.  There is a DISH roof antenna and an RV dish receiver w/ remote in the main cabin. The main living area has the upgraded sofa/sofa bed w/ air mattress topper.  Great sleeping!   A small coffee table is included.  Unique to most Class A coaches, there is a power drop down queen bed w/ ladder over the driver/front passenger seat compartment w/ privacy screening. This has a brand-new foam mattress.

The entrance is mid coach w/ an electric power step.  There is a 12v patio light and lighted handle at your entrance.  The entry door has a deadbolt lock and a lockable screen door.  All lighting is LED.

All outside storage Rotocast compartments are lockable w/ side hinged luggage doors.  Rotocast luggage compartments are specialized storage solutions designed for RVs and similar vehicles. They are made using a process called rotational molding, which creates seamless, durable, and lightweight plastic components. This method allows production of hollow parts that can withstand the rigors of travel while providing superior chemical resistance and easy maintenance.  There is also central utility compartment.  There is a separate faucet, soap dispenser, and sprayer as well as the TV cable connection.

Boondocking is a breeze w/ approx. 85-gallon fresh water system, a 30-gal waste tank and 58-gal grey water tank.  The holding tank is equipped w/ a sani-flush system.  LP tank is 28 gal and includes an LP leak detector.  The water heater is 10 ga LP/110v/DSI.  A front located 6.0 kw diesel generator has auto start that can be initiated from the RV system panel located near the bedroom to left of mid bathroom.  There is an auxiliary battery disconnect switch.  There are 6 instead of the 4 standard house batteries.  Batteries have been equipped w/ Pro-Fill On-Board Battery Watering System.  This is probably another must have--This 6-volt Pro-Fill On-Board Battery Watering System provides the most convenient and accurate means of filling and maintaining proper battery water levels. Hard to reach batteries are just as easy to fill as batteries on a workbench. All the batteries can be filled safely and simultaneously from a single remote position without ever having to touch a battery or remove a cap. Pro-Fill’s automatic control valves ensure each cell is closed when the precise level is reached.

Interior features Waterford II colors w/ glazed Fulton cherry hardwood cabinet doors/drawers.  Wood drawers are fitted with travel locks.  The interior clearance height is 84 inches.  No stooping here! Dual glazed radius windows provide a picture-perfect view of your surroundings.  Full window coverings w/ valances are throughout.  All lighting is LED.  The refrigerator was upgraded w the residential option.  The cooktop is a 3-burner w/ the high output option on main burner.  The counters are solid surface w/ matching covers for the cooktop.  The microwave is also a convection unit.  A power kitchen vent is located above the stove area.  Completing the kitchen is a stainless-steel double sink w/ a single lever faucet w/ sprayer.  There is a whole coach water filter system.  All overhead cabinetry runs the length of the passenger side wall over the sofa and dinette.  The dinette has storage in the benches and can be converted to a bed primarily for little ones.

The one and a half bath format is especially nice if you have children or company using your coach.  The half bath is midship at the side entrance out of the traffic pattern in your kitchen/living area.  Your “master” bath remains private at the rear of the coach w/ its own locking slider door and full shower and bath skylight.  Both bathrooms have 12-volt power vents.! The 2 toilets are porcelain residential types w/ vac flush. 

Mid cabin behind the bedroom slider is a full-size stack washer and dryer.  A must if you are on the road or traveling w/ kids.  This was one of my must haves.

The RV is equipped w/ two furnaces—a 20M and a 25M BTU units.  Both air conditioning units were upgraded from a 13.5 BTU w heat pump to a 15 BTU.  The master bedroom unit is a low-profile A/C unit w/ heat pump.

The bedroom has a queen size bed w/ a memory foam mattress.  The bed raises up on struts providing extra large storage.  The head of the bed is located on the slide wall and into the middle of the coach.  Opposite on the other wall is a full mirrored auto lighted wardrobe w/ a dresser drawers and hatch storage beneath.  The central vacuum system is located in one of these compartments.  The 3^rd Sony TV is mounted in one of the wardrobe doors. 

There is an AC/DC power inverter w. a roof solar panel.  RV is on 50-amp service.  This RV has neutral loss protection-- Neutral loss protection is a critical safety feature for RV electrical systems. It detects the loss or disconnection of the neutral conductor, which can lead to dangerous over-voltage conditions and equipment damage. When the neutral connection is compromised, it can potentially cause unstable operation of electrical devices.

Entertainment is not just indoors!  A 20 ft Patio awning is power retractable over the outside 40” Sony TV/entertainment center.
