2016 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38B

This class A Pace Arrow LXE diesel coach model 38B by Fleetwood RV is perfect for a growing family.  This unit features a full wall slide out making the interior feel spacious and inviting. There is a second opposing slide in the main living area which adds to that feeling even more when extended.

Step inside in front of the passenger seat.  Looking back on your left you will see lots of seating with the start of the full wall slide. There is an 81" x 44" u-shaped dinette and 70" sofa with air mattress.  They both provide seat belts, so your rear travelers will be safe when moving down the road.  There is also an overhead shelf above the sofa. 

The opposite kitchen slide features a residential refrigerator, a three burner cook-top and generous kitchen sink.  There are also several cabinets for storage both above and below the counter for dishes and pots and pans.  A corner 42" LED TV is on the inside end of the kitchen slide and can easily be viewed by any seating in the space.

Heading toward the rear of the unit you will find a side aisle bath on your right. Inside the bath enjoy a corner shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. There is also a storage cabinet for linens and things. 

Opposite the bath in the full wall slide find a set of bunk beds that are 28" x 73".  Draw closed the sliding doors for more privacy when sleeping at night.

The very rear of this Pace Arrow model 38B offers a master bedroom with ample room thanks to the queen bed and nightstands being in the tail end of the full wall slide out.  Along the rear wall there is a wardrobe, and second wardrobe space with shelves.  Here you can choose to add the optional stackable washer and dryer if you like so you don't have to stop to take care of laundry and delay having more fun.  Opposite the bed find a 32" LED TV, plus more storage.
