2017 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38F

Enjoy the spaciousness of home in this Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE class A diesel coach. With quadruple slide outs and an 8'6" wide exterior you can imagine the space inside with all four slides opened up. 

Step inside model 38F just in front of the passenger seat and take a look back.  The driver and passenger chairs in front swivel around to the back to provide more seating for conversation while parked. There are dual slides in front with the curb side one being 3/4 of the unit long. It begins with a 74" x 44" dinette. Next, a galley pull-out, and a three burner range. There is an overhead microwave oven overhead and a double sink for dishes and washing up. The kitchen also contains a pantry for food storage, plus a residential refrigerator, and broom closet. You will forget you are on wheels as you whip up meals and snacks throughout the day when not outdoors enjoying your surroundings.

Opposite the kitchen and dining slide you will find an opposing slide out that features a lounge chair and an L-sofa that can be transformed at night for comfortable sleeping. The sofa is 95" x 70", and there is overhead storage for your things that stretch the entire width of the slide. A 49" LED TV is just off the slide and can easily be viewed from the sofa, chair, or even dinette and captains chairs up front. Below the TV there is a fireplace which is sure to come in handy on those chilly evenings.

Opposite the pantry and refrigerator area you will find a complete bath along the road side. Here you can enjoy the convenience of a shower, a toilet, and a slide out vanity with double sinks. There is even an inside door that leads you directly into the master bedroom.

Enter the rear master retreat through a sliding pocket door and find a king bed slide out with nightstands on either side, plus overhead storage as well. Along the rear wall there is a full length closet for clothing, plus a stackable washer and dryer. You will also enjoy a 43" LED TV above the dresser that is all part of the slide out that also features the bathroom vanity, plus so much more!
