2017 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38K

One and a half baths, a king size Articulating Serenity Series bed, and a full wall slide out are what makes this Pace Arrow LXE class A model by Fleetwood special. Model 38K provides everything you need to have a wonderful experience traveling the countryside.

Step inside in front of the passenger side seat. The kitchen is directly behind and features a spacious kitchen sink with counter-top extension, a three burner range, overhead microwave oven, residential size refrigerator, and storage pantry for your dry and canned goods.

Along the opposite side enjoy plenty of seating with an 88" x 44" U-shaped dinette and L-sofa transformer that is 81" x 70. Both can be turned into added sleeping space if needed at night, and provide ample seating during mealtime, or just hanging out.

Mid coach you will find a convenient half bath with toilet and sink along the curb side. Just outside the bathroom door along the angled bath wall is a 43" LED TV and fireplace. The perfect addition for evenings when you just want to cozy up inside and enjoy a movie or relaxing time with a bit of ambiance that a fireplace provides. There is also a 32" LED TV over the cab area so you can watch in any direction.

Beyond the L-sofa along the road side full slide find a storage cabinet with a stackable washer and dryer, and then the rear master bedroom and bath. Here you will enjoy two wardrobes with one being a full length, plus a 32" LED TV to finish up the slide. Along the curb side sleep comfortable on Articulating King Serenity Series bed. Nightstands can be found on either side of the bed.

The master bath is at the rear of this diesel coach and features a shower with full seat and shelf, a linen cabinet, toilet, and vanity with sink, plus overhead storage, and more!
