2017 HEARTLAND GATEWAY 3650BH FIFTH WHEEL!

This 2017 Gateway by Heartland 3650BH is in great condition. It has a very open and comfortable interior and can sleep up to eight people. This RV was built with quality in mind, with both the undercarriage and the living space made well.

The present owner improved upon it, adding stabilizer crossbeams, upgraded leaf springs, wet bolts, and reinforced steel welded to all suspension components. It includes top-of-the-line tires that are only two years old. The present owner purchased this fifth wheel and made several upgrades, including a rear stabilizer jack that reduces the RV's movement when the kids are running around.

In 2022, he upgraded to a Reese Goose Box, making connecting to your pick-up much easier. The factory pin box is available and comes with the unit.

The unit also has an outside shower and kitchen with an additional refrigerator, sink, microwave, and gas grill connections. Everything was maintained impeccably, and it was in good working order.
