Built on a frame with three axles, it has 1.5 baths, a 12-foot garage with room for your favorite toys, or use it as a second bedroom. The layout is family friendly with sleeping for up to 9 people using the Happi-Jack drop-down beds in the garage with its on half bath, a King bed in the master bedroom with stacked clothes washer and dryer units, and wall mounted TVs in the master bedroom, living area, and the garage/bedroom area - there is a place for everyone to enjoy their favorite show, movie or game.

The living area features two newly refurnished sofas and a love seat with a gray cloth finish. The Entertainment Center features a large flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a sound bar, and an electric fireplace that can generate up to 5,000 BTUs for heat or just a lighted display for ambiance.

The Furnace is a 35000 BTU ducted propane-based furnace in addition to the fireplace. The three 15000 BTU roof-mounted AC units keep you cool on the hottest of days.

The galley is fully equipped with a large four-door residential refrigerator/freezer, a convection microwave oven, over a range hood fan/vent/light, and a three-burner gas stove top with glass cooktop cover over a conventional gas oven. The U-shaped layout features a bar with a large double stainless steel kitchen sink with a contrasting cover to the solid surface countertops. There is plenty of cabinet space and a floor-to-ceiling pantry closet. There is also a loft area with another sleeping space or great storage space - if not needed for sleeping.

The steps lead up the hallway to the full bath, which features a double entry, a corner-mounted toilet, and a large step-in shower with a corner seat and a skylight overhead, providing lots of natural light for the bath area. The bathroom sink has a medicine cabinet overhead and more cabinet space below the countertop.

The master bedroom with its private entrance to the bathroom features a king size bed with storage space underneath the bed, a large wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, a closet to the right of the wardrobe has stacked clothes washer and dryer units. The dresser at the foot of the bed has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV overhead and a bright red wall-mounted metal cabinet/shelf system.

The garage area is just beyond the galley area through the sliding glass door. There you find the Happi-Jack Bunk beds that can be deployed as two Queen Beds, with the lower bed flipped and quickly turned into two opposing couches, and a table can be set up for larger family meals. The glass doors at the rear of the garage give you three-season protection and can be opened with screens, and the ramp can be set up as a rear patio with its own power awning. The cabinets above the half bath provide additional storage, and there is a third wall-mounted TV there. The garage has its own 15,000 BTU AC unit as well as the half bath with sink and toilet.

The Happi-Jack beds can be raised, and the rear door lowered and used as a ramp to haul your favorite toy. There is a 30-gallon fuel tank with a pump for gasoline-powered toys.

Outside, the two large power patio awnings create an outdoor living space, making this a great RV for tailgating at your favorite teams' events. The Onan Generator (5500 watts) can power everything on board, and it has only had 178 hours of use.

There is a full-width storage bay, and the water system control area is on the right-hand side of the unit. All RV Systems are clearly marked and easily accessible throughout the unit.
