This 2017 A.C.E. 30.1 (by Thor) is an RV that has great potential. It is in need of some TLC and updating. There is noticeable wear on the driver and passenger seats. This is a bit of a mystery because the RV has been stored out of the sun and very lightly used.

A huge plus is the unusually low mileage on the V-10 Ford engine. Equally impressive is the mere 294 hours on the Cummins Onan 4.0kW generator. The two slides are in good working order, like the large awning on the passenger side.

A comfy queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper dinette in the salon allow plenty of sleeping room. If that is not enough, there is also a sofa and drop-down bed over the cab.

The galley has everything a kitchen should have. A sink, stove, oven, and microwave for starters. A large refrigerator with a freezer and plenty of drawer and counter space rounds out the well-equipped kitchen.

Best of all, everything works in the very conveniently sized RV. It needs to be seen to be appreciated.
