This is a like new RV Toy Hauler. The RV has super low miles and has always been stored in side a climate controlled unit since new.
It comes with all of the standard features that comes from the manufacturer.
The original Faux leather has all been replaced with a hi-dollar leather done by a professional.
All of the flooring and furniture is like new condition and the appliances have barely been used.

The layout has two access doors one for the front and one for the garage area. The garage has plenty of room and storage as well and is 8' X 13-6" X 101" TALL. It has cabinets and an electric bed overhead and the rear fold down door ramp makes into a nice patio area. The garage also has a small window a/c and heat unit as well as the two rooftop a/c units and of course you have the front dash a/c.

The tires were purchased new in July of 2019 and only have about 1500 miles on them
