The 2017 Sightseer 36Z is a well-built and well-appointed Class A! It can accommodate sleeping for up to 8. The opposing slides in the living space make for a spacious setting with a re-upholstered Rest Easy Sofa, entertainment center with fireplace, and Bench Mark dinette. The 1.5-bath configuration is convenient, and the upgraded king bed provides a spacious, restful sleep experience.

The cab area features a pair of swiveling Captain's seats. You'll find controls for the hydraulic-levelers, a Brake Buddy Monitor, a touch screen with radio, USB, AV-INI, Bluetooth, and a monitor for the backup camera.

There are front sun, privacy shades, and fans for the driver and passenger.

The optional Studio Loft can be lowered at the touch of a button to provide sleeping accommodations for two, including a ladder for access.

Behind the driver's seat is the Rest Easy sofa. The sofa has been re-upholstered in marine-grade vinyl and covered with a slipcover to protect it. The sofa is versatile because it has power footrests or can be converted to a bed.

Across from the sofa is the entertainment center. It contains a TV that is hidden when not in use, a stereo, and a fireplace.

The BenchMark dinette is in the left-hand slide next to the sofa. Storage is under both bench seats and in the overhead cabinet. The table can be lowered, and with the back seat cushions, it forms a bed.

The kitchen, located across from the dinette, features a double sink with covers and an under-counter filter, a convection/microwave oven, a hood fan, a 3-burner stove with a cover, an oven, and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker.

Plenty of cupboard and drawer storage in the kitchen, including a pantry with pull-out drawers.

Below the pantry is an optional washer/dryer combination.

The half bath includes a foot-flush toilet with a sprayer, a sink with a vanity, drawer, and cabinet storage, and an overhead vent fan.

The master bedroom features a king bed, an upgrade, overhead cabinet storage, and a headboard.

Opposite the bed, you'll find closet and drawer storage, as well as a TV facing the bed for easy viewing. The seller has also installed a jewelry box.

The master bath at the rear of the 36Z is outfitted with a sink with vanity, a foot-flush toilet with sprayer, a shower with skylight, cabinet and drawer space, and a ceiling exhaust fan.

Externally, you'll find a large patio awning with a zip-on sun shade. There is also an external TV and speakers.

All three slides have slide-toppers for extra protection from the elements.

The 36Z also includes a Blue Ox tox bar and a Brake Buddy system.
