Kitchen has double sink, 3 burner gas cooktop, gas oven, microwave, and range fan that vents to exterior. Nice large Norcold refrigerator with separate freezer, works great, runs on electricity or propane. Plenty of storage, good lighting. Centralized heat (propane) and air conditioning. Small comfortable sofa that folds flat. Dinette also folds flat for another small bed. Notably more window space than many campers. Sound system and hookup for TV (no TV included). Big tanks: 42 gallon fresh water tank, 39 gallon graywater, 32 gallon blackwater. Gas water heater too. Exterior shower hose. Tires and spare in great shape, Goodyear. Now heres the Full Disclosure part: the tank levels indicator light panel doesn’t work anymore, and the microwave needs better anchoring.
