• The ‘Xtreme Off-Grid’ project oversight was done by Jakob’s Father, a 30-year Civil Engineer who has done Engineering for over 100 Homes & Several Other Projects

*The 2 x Fridge/Freezer Units have recently made it to the end of  

  their ‘life.’  We can help install your chosen replacements if you 

  need help.

    few amenities that were different, please talk to us about it as 

    we may be able to convert some items to your needs, as Jakob 

    is the original designer and builder. At the very least we could  

    provide a systems design for you to work from.

On our Off-Grid Journey, having started 3 years ago, we have comfortably settled 

   into only using on average 4 gallons of water per day when it was our family of 2 

   adults+1 baby, 7 gallons per day with 2 adults, a 3 year old, 1 toddler, and a baby 

   on the way.

Yes, our favorite way of showering is our Metal Gravity Bucket. 

1): 1 gallon of water lasts 15min of showering. We are not kidding. 

2): Precise Water Temp: We heat it up on the propane stove & 

      Simply Adjust Temp Desired by each individual by adding 

      more or less room temp/cold water

3): Lasting Water Temp: The Metal Bucket place on the wooden 

      Shower Shelf holds the temp well beyond a 15min shower 

      duration

4): Most Reliable: No Electrical Outage will Prevent A Hot Shower. 

      No Water Pump Failure Will Prevent A Hot Shower. No Low 

      Battery Will Prevent A Hot Shower. No City Water Supply Loss 

      Will Prevent A Hot Shower. In the event that one of these 

      other sources fail, you can reliably fill up from the Fresh 

      Water Holding Tank valve under the Tiny Home via Gravity. 

      Simplicity has its Genius.

We are installing the same Gravity Systems that the 'Xtreme 

    Off-Grid' has in our new home. For the rest of our lives, we 

    are sure that we will always have a Gravity Water System for 

    the core features of the house. Even if you like the Temporary 

    convenience of another Pressurized Water Source, Gravity is 

    the most reliable and good as at least a backup.
