The garage is screened, featuring sliding glass doors that provide privacy, security, and air-conditioned comfort when needed. Yes, the garage has its own conditioner (and thermostat), plus a half-bath, access door, TV, and even a washer/dryer hookup. The elevated queen bed and bench seating lower electrically to provide seating and sleeping. Including the single bunk at the back, you can sleep up to 5 in the garage "bunkhouse".

Of course, first you'll have to clear out your toys from the 13-foot-long garage space. You have your own pumping station that can deliver 50 gallons of gasoline to refuel your motorcycles, golf cart, or ??? The gas tank also serves your Cummins Onan generator for your boondocking adventures.

The kitchen has plenty of storage above and below the solid surface countertops. Farmhouse sink, large 3-burner cooktop, and unusually large oven support meal prep when you need to feed a full house. The residential refrigerator/freezer includes an icemaker... one less thing to do. The dinette seats six and includes a movable bench with storage underneath the hinged lid.

Of course, you'd probably rather cook outside at the outdoor kitchen. You'll have a mini-fridge with a freezer at hand, next to the propane cooktop with a windscreen. Stored to the left is a flatscreen TV, in case the chef's posse needs to be entertained while vittles are in the making. The adjacent spray port makes it convenient to hose things off before packing them away.

The main bathroom features a spacious shower with a skylight and sliding doors, as well as two access doors: one from the hallway and one from the master suite. The suite features a king bed, a fourth TV, ample storage, and blackout shades for added privacy.
