Notes: 

Minor Repairs:  The left rear fender was damaged in a tire blowout; it has been mended (see photo).  There was a small puncture on the left side near the front which has been repaired with an aluminum patch (see photo).  Additional aluminum pieces are included for any future repairs that might be needed.  There is a very minor dent (right side, rear) a couple feet above the Bravo decal (see photo). 

The portable cassette toilet is easily dumped into any house or public restroom toilet – there are no black tanks on board.  It can also be dumped directly into the included sewer hose when hooked up to a sewage dump port.  The cassette toilet has enough capacity to last for several days.  This RV does not have any grey tanks – water from the shower and sinks drain out the RV port and into the sewage dump port at any RV park or onto a lawn or into the woods when not at an RV park (which is environmentally safe and allowed in most places).  Anyone who is handy could add grey tanks if they wanted them (we never wanted or needed them).  We keep fresh water in the fridge for drinking; water tanks can be stowed onboard for boondocking.  A generator could provide power for cooking, fridge, etc.   

The original weight of the cargo trailer was just under 2000 lbs.  With all of the modifications we estimate it to weigh between 3500 and 4000 lbs. including personal gear.  Any full-sized pickup or SUV with an 8 cylinder engine will pull it with ease (some 6 cylinder vehicles will also pull it – check your vehicle’s tow ratings).  Our 2004 Chevy Suburban tows it with ease.     

This RV is all electric (no propane).  With electric appliances everything is safe, simple, and easy to use and maintain.
