All systems work great (a/c, water, hot water, drains, onan generator, lights (in and out). shower better than most coaches, comfort height toilet with CERAMIC bowl, new seat, foot flush, enough pressure to flush bowl clean! Kitchen cabinet space is amazing. Convenient two burner gas stove and microwave oven aid in meal prep kit. Has deep stainless sink and a home type gooseneck faucet. the "meal nook" is comfortable, and not in the way.

Photos show both side of interior with drawers. shelves. cabinets , a pantry, and closet for hanging clothes. plenty of mirrors, too. window coverings provide privacy as expected. photos show fold coach has queen murphy bed, comfortable for a motorhome. there are 2 cocktail/dining tables (see photos), comfortable, easy to use and store. the details in very brief. Coach is near perfect, spotless in and out. drives like a car. underfloor storage, outside access, has room for your stuff. Has a clear title, no worries. you could take possession and later be having a beverage under the awning of your coach. no kidding, the coach is ready to go. it is spotless serviced, all systems go. It even comes with a spare tire - spare carried on fold down, handy.
