Unit has 3 - 8,000 lb load heavy-duty axles, full body paint, and a 15" triple box steel tube frame that eliminates flex around the MorRyde pin box. Seller's also added a tire monitoring system that is included with the unit.

The unit has three awnings and two side entrance doors. The rear-loading ramp converts into a fenced patio area with an awning. There is also a lot of outside lockable storage, including a full front pass-through.

Also, a kitchen island with a stainless steel sink, cabinet, and drawer storage. Just across from the kitchen is a dinette table with a pull-out extension and 4 chairs. Just to the right is the entertainment area with twin upholstered stadium-style recliners across from a wall-mounted 55" TV and an electric fireplace below.

The master suite includes a king bed with storage below. There is ample wood-paneled drawer and cabinet storage, along with a large mirrored sliding-door clothes closet. Also, a wall-mounted TV.

The full hall bathroom has a spacious shower, a vanity with sink, a mirrored medicine chest, and a toilet. The large bathroom closet has hook-ups for a separate stackable clothes washer and dryer.
