Looking for a Sprinter Limited Edition Fifth Wheel with a bunkhouse and a second full bath? Look no further - this 2024 Sprinter Limited 3900DBL has hardly been used. Everything is in good working condition and in great shape, with no rips or tears in the upholstery, and all systems work as expected. Inspections are welcome! It has been stored under cover since it was brought to GA from NC.

The layout is family-friendly, with a large living space and a galley that features a large flat screen TV with a Sound Bar and a Stereo System over an Electric Fireplace that can be used for heat or just ambiance. The recliners face the Entertainment Center - and the Dining Table with four chairs provides a great place to enjoy a meal, or play a game with family or friends. The Antique White color scheme makes this an appealing unit - and the Galley with the large kitchen island, farm style kitchen sink with drain cover, and gooseneck faucet, and lots of storage space provides a great focus point for the Galley and Dining area.

The appliances are residential grade - black and stainless - with a microwave over range hood vent/fan and a 3-burner stove top with glass cooktop cover. The conventional gas oven is below the cooktop, and the black two-door refrigerator/freezer is to the right of the cooking area. The full-height pantry closet to the right of the refrigerator gives you plenty of room to store all your food and drinks. The hutch to the right of the pantry closet provides a matching solid surface countertop for a coffee maker or a great sideboard for entertaining. This unit is great for Tailgating at your favorite teams events - or just enjoying the campsite on your family outing.

There is another large full-height storage area to the left of the entry doorway to the bunk room with plenty of storage space.

The bunk room features a sofa with a pull-out bed, a fold-away bunk bed above it, and two bunk beds across from the sofa (raised), and a loft bunk bed over the rear bathroom. There is a large storage area below the bunk bed directly across from the sofa, and the 2nd bathroom with an outside entrance door features a full bath with tub/shower, sink with medicine cabinet, and of course the toilet.

The steps up to the hallway at the opposite end of the living area lead to the full bath and master bedroom, with a king bed, storage beneath the bed, and a large wardrobe closet with shelving and a closet that has the combo clothes washer and dryer unit installed. The dresser at the foot of the bed provides additional storage space and is prepped for another wall-mounted TV.

The full bath features a double bathroom sink/vanity area, a large step-in shower with skylight overhead, and of course the toilet.

Outside the unit features three power patio awnings, slide awning toppers on three of the four slideouts, and an exterior kitchen with grill and refrigerator, exterior storage space, and easy access to all of the RV systems that are clearly marked. The water heater is a tankless water heater - so you never have to worry about running out of hot water!
