Every sidewall, rear wall and slide room wall is bonded together for a minimum of 16 minutes under 144 tons of pressure to create the lightest, yet strongest, construction available in the RV industry.

Jayco is the only motorhome manufacturer to equip all motorhomes built on the Ford F53 chassis with a catalytic converter theft deterrent. This feature protects you from catalytic converter theft to save you time and money.

Jayco Precept 31UL showcases its standout feature with an expansive awning spanning 192 inches, paired with three slideouts to create generous living space. The coach rides with a robust 8-cylinder, 335 horsepower engine and a 5000 pounds hitch weight, while a total fresh water capacity of 72.0 gallons and gray and black water capacities of 40.0 gallons and 50.0 gallons support extended journeys. Inside, a dry weight of 22000 pounds and a GVWR of 22000 pounds speak to premium build quality, enhanced by a substantial 80 gallons fuel tank and a towing capacity of 5000 pounds.
