2026 Midwest Automotive Designs Patriot MD3 highlights: This luxury Class B RV measures approximately 22' in length with the 170EXT sprinter chassis and all the features that come along with it such as the 2.0L High-Output Diesel engine, keyless start, Mercedes Pro Connect, 16” aluminum rims, Suburban water heater, induction cooktop, custom Maybach style seating, side & rear screen doors, dark tinted side & rear windows, fiberglass running boards, power awning with LED lights and so much more. The 2026 Midwest Patriot reintroduces the popular MD3 floorplan—revived and redesigned from the original 2016 version—to deliver the perfect blend of comfort, innovation, and utility. Built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, the MD3 layout gives owners the spacious feel of an MD2 with additional seating (fourth captains chair) and upgraded features throughout. Additional features of this is the 7.3 cu. ft. refrigerator, convection microwave, full pantry storage, overhead front cabinets, redesigned rear sleeping area with power ottomans and a new high-density foam package and the new hybrid power system. In addition is the new interior styling including modern grey-toned color palettes with color-matched flooring.
