Sleeps 8, overhead front bunk that lets down for 2, dinette conversion sleeps 2 small kids, L shaped sofa fold bed sleeps 2, and master king bed in back. Half bath mid bath and full rear bath. Outside TV, living area TV, and bedroom. Auto leveling jack for easy set up. 2 AC's, propane furnace, Comes with everything you need in the kitchen and all sewer and utility connections. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, leveling blocks, This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1500 deposit and will not be refunded. This is a Non-Pet friendly RV. No pets allowed please. TOWING: Towing a small trailer or vehicle is allowed, please notify me what will be towed. PICK UP TIME: Starts at 10:00 AM But you must schedule your specific pick up time with us. (NOTE: A day prior to your reservation pick up for loading is not an option) RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
