Come enjoy the beautiful Arizona in an RV perfectly suited for a group of 5-7 people! Brand new (July 2020) unit kept extremely clean. Queen bed in the back, queen sleeper above driver and both the sofa and dinette turn into small beds. Heat/air conditioning, 40" TV inside (with HDMI Hub), as well as a cooking station with mid-size residential fridge. Kitchen with 4 burner stove (2 electric and 2 gas for your convenience), oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Includes pillows, towels, utensils, pots/pans. This is like new RV that we strive to keep looking new after each rental, and we clean/disinfect all surfaces. We are flexible on the pick up time (depends on availability, drop a message to check the same - late drop off charges apply if NOT discussed at the time of pick up). We don't rent this for dry camping. Gray and black tank must be emptied, Propane and Gas need to be filled before returning. All linens, rugs,bedsheet are washed on highest heat setting. but they are not new. we clean after every trip. I give 20% discount for the families who had Autism kid.
