31 Foot RV is perfect sizes to be easily maneuverable while providing plenty of space for you and your family's touring this beautiful state of Alaska. There is one slide out in the living area for extra space. There are 6 seat belts and comfortably sleeps 6 adults and one or two child. It is very easy to drive and all of the amenities you'll need for your camping trip. RV is ran on gas only. There is queen sizes bed in the back, a large cab over bed, couch converts to a twin bed, and dinette can convert to a bed although it is a bit shorter so it would be perfect for kid. You'll pick-up the RV with full gas tank and propane. PLEASE DO NOT take RV on unpaved roads. PLEASE DO NOT take RV out of Alaska PLEASE DO NOT flash paper towels or wipes down toilets. Dumping black and Grey water tank before returning RV. If you don't have time please let me know in advance there will be a fee of $100. Please clean RV before turning if not fee is $150.
