Sitting on the F-350 chassis, it is built tough and offers 3 seat belts in the cab, and 4 seat belts in the living area. New engine and transmission installed in March 2022. New refrigerator, toilet, house batteries as of February 2023. New tires, brakes, transmission, and other maintenance in 2024. After a great summer in 2024 renting out this RV, we have taken some extra time over the winter to address a few maintenance issues. New photos will be uploaded soon. The motorhome is now over 20 years old and does show her age in places. This certainly is not luxury camping and if you’re looking for a flawless motor home, there are many others on outdoorsy that you can choose from for a much higher rate. She’s been well loved and used for trips all over the United States for 20+ years. We’ve improvised repairs here and there for various items, including the roof, shower, stall, refrigerator, etc. Please be aware that the cab AC works great, but the rooftop AC in the living space does not work at this time.
