We are located right between the Boardman and Manistee Rivers, and both can be reached by ORV from our place. Bring your ORV or horse and trail on! We are happy to suggest great places to visit in our area. Northern Michigan is home to numerous festivals and celebrations that you will want to visit. We are happy to set up the VIEW within a 50 mile radius from our home. There are multiple day trips you can take from Traverse City. The M22 route is breathtaking and there are a lot of awesome stops along this road through Leelanau Peninsula.
